I sell what’s new—then build what’s missing.
I’m Tony Joseph, a B2B sales and GTM operator with 15+ years of experience selling technology, opening new markets, building strategic relationships and translating messy revenue problems into practical systems. I’m strongest where the product is early, the playbook is incomplete and someone has to create momentum.
Built for ambiguous growth problems.
I’m not trying to be a career software engineer. My edge is commercial: understand the buyer, create the story, open the market, close the business—and build lightweight systems when the existing process gets in the way.
Early-stage products, undefined territories, events, partnerships and categories that need a playbook built while selling.
CRMs, opportunity scoring, automation and AI-assisted tools designed around how sellers and operators actually work.
Things I’ve shipped.
These builds are proof that I can move from commercial problem → working system. They are not meant to position me as an engineer; they show product judgment, resourcefulness and execution.

Business first. Tools second.
Kingslot Enterprises is my operating company for digital products, GTM systems and commercial ventures. It gives me a place to test ideas in the real world—not just talk about them.
How I work
I start with the commercial bottleneck: why buyers are not moving, where reps are losing time, what data is missing, or where execution breaks between teams.
When a lightweight tool can solve it, I use AI-assisted development to prototype and ship. I own the business logic, product choices, workflow and quality bar.
Best-fit opportunities
Enterprise Account Executive · Strategic AE · GTM / Business Development · Partnerships · Early-stage revenue roles
I’m especially interested in B2B SaaS, AI, marketplaces, event technology, infrastructure and other categories where the product requires education, business-case selling and market development.
Based in South Florida. Seeking remote U.S. roles and open to business travel.
Let’s talk about the revenue problem.
If you need someone who can sell an emerging product, build a market from ambiguity and work cross-functionally without waiting for a perfect playbook, I’d like to hear what you’re building.
